Associate Physician - NCR
JOB DESCRIPTION:
An Aesthetic Physician at Belo Medical Group is a licensed medical doctor responsible for delivering professional, non-surgical cosmetic and aesthetic treatments tailored to patients’ goals while ensuring high standards of safety and patient satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consultation & Assessment: Conduct patient consultations, evaluate skin and body concerns, and review medical histories to determine the best suitable aesthetic plans.
- Perform Aesthetic Procedures: Administer a range of non-invasive or minimally invasive treatments designed to enhance appearance (e.g., lasers, injectables, fillers, skin rejuvenation techniques — aligned with clinic protocols and standards).
- Patient Safety & Care: Prioritize patient safety by following standardized protocols before, during, and after procedures.
- Education & Communication: Explain treatments, risks, and aftercare instructions clearly to patients and answer their questions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-ups.
- Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with clinical staff (e.g., nurses, assistants) to deliver seamless patient experiences.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional LicenseExam) in Medicine or equivalent. Fresh board passers are welcome to apply.
- Willing to be trained for the field of Aesthetics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
