Job Summary:

The Learning and Organization Development (L&OD) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that foster employee development, enhance organizational performance, and promote a positive, productive work culture. This role focuses on identifying learning needs, creating relevant training solutions, facilitating change management, and ensuring alignment of L&OD strategies with overall business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy Development and Execution
    • Develop and implement a strategic L&OD plan aligned with the organization’s goals.
    • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across departments.
  2. Learning Program Design and Delivery
    • Design and oversee high-quality training programs, including leadership development, soft skills, technical skills, and compliance training.
    • Implement and manage blended learning solutions (e.g., online learning, workshops, mentoring).
  3. Organization Development Initiatives
    • Support organizational change initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and team restructuring.
  4. Employee Engagement and Culture Development
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation to drive employee engagement.
    • Develop programs to strengthen team cohesion, inclusion, and a positive organizational culture.
  5. Performance Measurement and Analysis
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize learning strategies and demonstrate return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, organization development, or a related field.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in instructional design, change management methodologies, and performance management frameworks.
  • Held a managerial capacity position for at least 3 years.
