Job Summary:
As the Branch Ambassador, this role embodies exceptional service akin to top luxury brands, focusing on enhancing the customer experience through personalized attention. They ensure each patient feels valued from their arrival at the clinic and require a strong customer-centric approach and initiative for continuous improvement. Acting as a liaison for the Customer Experience Team, they will record, analyze, and act on customer feedback and projects. Their presence as a walking concierge guarantees seamless service, making each visit memorable and boosting customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Serves as the relational and dedicated customer experience specialist in the clinic.
2. Implement and manage customer-centric projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing
patient experience.
3. Actively solicit patient feedback through surveys, direct conversations & other channels
to gather insights on areas for improvement.
4. Analyze feedback data and collaborate with clinic management and CX Team to develop
and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
5. Ensure that all patient feedback, project outcomes, report and initiatives are documented,
studied, acted upon to drive continuous improvement and submitted to the CX Manager.
6. Functions other tasks as assigned when necessary.
Job Qualifications:
Education : College Graduate in any business course preferably in Tourism and Hospitality Management
Experience : 2-3 years of Work Experience in a customer facing role.
