About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Brand & Revenue Partnerships Intern to help drive growth through partnerships and new customer acquisition channels, particularly in the medical tourism space.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate high-potential customer lead sources (e.g., hotels, airlines, balikbayans, corporates, social groups)
Develop partnership strategies and business proposals to support customer acquisition and revenue growth
Assist in creating service bundles, promotional offers, and conversion strategies
Conduct outreach, coordinate meetings, and support negotiations with potential partners
Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements
Track and analyze partnership performance and prepare reports for management
Recommend improvements to optimize partnership outcomes and collaboration mechanics
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confident in presenting ideas and engaging with external partners
Organized, proactive, and results-driven
Familiarity with partnerships, sales, or business development is a plus
