Utilities Officer
- JOB SUMMARY
The General Services Utilities Engineering Officer shall be responsible for maintaining the sound engineering status of each clinic, creating solutions to problems, and monitoring existing conditions. This covers from basic to complex Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing concerns.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General Duties and Responsibilities
1. Facilitate full mechanical, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and sanitary status field check for all clinics and HO.
2. Provide Utilities Monthly audit (MGA), annual reports, evaluations, and suggestions on all utility services of the clinics, making sure they are up to standard.
3. In charge of Bidding/procuring of services/items related to engineering services that will be used in the clinic.
4. Creates proposals to improve the engineering aspects of the clinics and head office.
5. Facilitate release of PMS work schedule per branch and everything that comes with the said activity, e.g., permits, supplier coordination, etc.
6. Formulate and provide immediate solutions to emergencies relating to utilities in all clinics and HO.
7. Assist the machine technician in communicating with machine suppliers.
- JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education : BS Electrical Engineering or BS Mechanical Engineering, or related. Pass board
Experience : With at least 5 years of intensive work experience related to design, construction, and/or facility management.
