Portfolio Manager

We're looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead the growth and performance of our product portfolio. If you have a strong background in marketing, portfolio management, product lifecycle management, and strategic planning, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management of the company's product and business portfolio to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute portfolio strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct high-level market, industry, and competitor analyses to identify innovation opportunities and emerging trends.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept development through successful market launch.
• Develop pricing and promotional strategies that maintain market competitiveness while maximizing profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and strategic business partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Clinical, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio performance and implement strategies to improve revenue, margins, and overall business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management, Portfolio Management, Product Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing business portfolios, product launches, or strategic marketing initiatives.
• Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing profitability and pricing strategies.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Highly analytical with strong decision-making and strategic planning capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with business analytics or reporting tools is an advantage.
