JOB SUMMARY
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for implementation and administration of the Company’s compensation and benefits programs and policies.

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for implementation and administration of the Company’s compensation and benefits programs and policies.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processes timekeeping and payroll
- Prepares attendance report needed in the Branch incentive computation
- Processes monthly government remittances (SSS, HDMF, PHIC, & BIR)
- Processes government mandated benefits (SSS Sickness, Maternity, Salary Differential)
- Processes employees update on government agencies
- Prepares certificate of employment of resigned employees
- Processes dental reimbursements
- Monitors issuance of final pay of resigned employees
- Prepares Compensation and Benefits reports needed by Management and other departments
- Monthly Reconciliation of AR balances-Other Deductions, SSS Maternity and Sickness
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education | : | Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field | |
Experience | : | At least 1 year related work experience |
