The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for recruitment, selection and hiring.

  • Sources applicants from walk in applicants, employee referrals and internet portals;
  • Screens applications and shortlists candidates for interview;
  • Schedules shortlisted candidates for interviews and exams;
  • Administers, checks, scores and interprets exam results;
  • Informs candidates regarding pre-employment requirements and timelines for completion;
  • Ensures completion of pre-employment requirements and follows up if necessary;
  • Conducts background check 
  • Prepares regular reports and updates (weekly) on recruitment status for various job vacancies;

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year course in Management, Psychology or Human Resource Management 
  • At least 1 year related work experience
