• Investigate unusual variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to generally-accepted accounting principles and accounting standards

• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations for key accounts.

• Conduct detailed analysis of profit and loss accounts
• Provide margin, cost and usage analyses
• Develop insights to help management understand business drivers of performance.

• Maintain integrity of financial master data
• Assist in implementation of automation initiatives (e.g., system integrations).

• Identify inefficiencies in accounting workflows and recommend improvements.
• Strengthen internal controls around financial transactions.
• Participate in system enhancements and finance transformation initiatives.

• Support internal and external audits through provision of audit schedules and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist in implementation of audit recommendations.

• Ability to lead projects and participate in projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or related course
• Preferably a CPA or CMA
• 4 to 7 years of accounting or financial analysis
• Experienced in working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MSBC, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounting standards (e.g. new PFRS, etc.)
• Ability to interpret financial data and translate into insights
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
