Employee Experience Officer
- JOB SUMMARY
The Employee Experience Officer will play a crucial role in crafting programs to ensure the happiness and engagement of all Belo Medical Group employees. He/she will conceptualize, implement, and oversee a variety of employee engagement programs to boost employee satisfaction and minimize attrition rate. His/her primary responsibility will be to create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee satisfaction and well-being.
- JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementation of Existing Programs
- Execute and enhance existing monthly virtual engagement programs to keep Clinic and Head Office employees connected and motivated
- Oversee and facilitate the activities of all Belo Interest Clubs, including but not limited to basketball and badminton clubs, to promote a healthy work-life balance
- Oversee and manage the employee fruits program to support employee wellness and healthy eating habits
- Coordinate regular GM Chat sessions, ensuring regular and meaningful communication between employees and Management
- Assist in the execution of the Company’s annual Summer Outing and Christmas Party program
- Customer Experience Program Support
- Assist in the implementation of Customer Experience (CX) programs, particularly the monthly and annual CX awards program
- Align employee rewards initiatives with overall company goals and customer experience (CX) strategies
- Proposal and Implementation of New Programs
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Develop and propose new employee experience programs that align with the Company's values and objectives
- Collaborate with other departments such as HCM, CX, and Marketing to implement and evaluate the success of new initiatives
- Gathering of Employee Feedback for Continuous Improvement
- Gather feedback from employees through quarterly and annual surveys, focus group discussions, and other channels to understand their needs and preferences
- Use feedback data to iterate on existing programs to Management and improve the overall employee experience
- JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of a 4-year course in Communication, Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience
