JOB SUMMARY

 

The Digital Marketing Manager develops and executes the brand's digital strategy to achieve business goals. This person manages all online channels and assets, oversees paid advertising, and leads a team to ensure all digital efforts are effective and data-driven.

 

III. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

 
  1. Digital Strategy
    1. Develop and execute the overall digital strategy to achieve marketing and business goals by utilizing data gathered from internal platforms and web and social performance analytics.
    2. Determine which channels are the most effective for reaching the target audience and achieving business goals by monitoring SEO, paid search, social media marketing, email marketing, content, and collaborations, among others.
    3. Integrate CRM and the marketing funnel across all plans and executions.
  2. Project and Content Management
    1. Oversee the marketing and content calendars across all key digital channels. 
    2. Lead weekly content planning to ensure content is published regularly across all assets.
    3. Differentiate among social media platforms to deliver channel-relevant content.
    4. Ensure content is relevant, timely, and pioneering, leveraging on both global and local trends.
  3. Paid Digital Advertising & Performance Monitoring
    1. Manage and execute paid ad campaigns on key platforms.
    2. Coordinating with internal teams (Brand, PR, Creatives) and external partners to maximize performance.
    3. Create required reports to monitor total digital performance.
  4. Web and eCommerce
    1. Design UX and UI to be intuitive, prioritizing the customer experience.
    2. Lead technical management of the website and other owned assets, ensuring that security, performance, and integrations are reliable, secure, and scalable.
  5. Team Management
    1. Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
    2. Ensure compliance of self and team to company policies.
    3. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
    4. Serve as the digital expert, working with other departments to manage digital assets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless execution of major campaigns.
    5. Manage the digital team's budget, track expenses, and prepare monthly performance reports for leadership.
 

IV. JOB QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education: Graduate of a 4-year college course in Digital Marketing, Management, or other related

courses

Experience: At least 5 years of work experience, and at least 50% of the work experience

includes team management responsibilities

Capabilities: Ability to lead a team to develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that

aligns with business goals, have a strong understanding of digital advertising and performance

marketing campaigns and tools, proficient in project management, and have technical knowledge to

oversee web and e-commerce management.
